About the Role: As a member of the Customer Support team, you’ll assist travelers with their bookings, cancellations, and modifications while providing top-notch service. Your role will involve:

  • Acting as a liaison between travelers and accommodation providers around the world.
  • Helping customers with bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
  • Managing phone and email communication with professionalism and care.

What’s Required:

  • Native Danish language skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Availability for at least 12 months.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (09:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday).
