As a customer service representative, you'll be assisting customers in Danish, whether it’s by phone, email, or social media. You’ll have plenty of training to ensure you feel confident handling queries and delivering excellent service. Your team communicates in English, providing a truly international work environment.

What is required?
- Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written).
- Reasonable proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility for shift work.
- Available for at least 12 months.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No need for Portuguese language skills.
