About the role:
As an Engagement Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), helping them succeed on one of the world’s most powerful cloud platforms. This is an on-site position where you’ll deliver outstanding customer service while thriving in a vibrant and collaborative office environment.

- Acting as the go-to person for ISVs, guiding them to achieve success on cloud platforms.
- Creating strong first impressions that set the stage for lasting partnerships.
- Reaching out to partners across multiple channels—think calls, emails, and social media.
- Showcasing competitive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Gathering feedback to help the company deliver even better experiences.

What is required?
- Native or proficient in Danish and fluent in English.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success, with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
- Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.
- Availability to live and work in Málaga for at least 12 months.
- Must be 18 years or older.
