About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers with their travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring everything goes smoothly for each traveler. You’ll also maintain communication with accommodation partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Managing bookings, cancellations, and adjustments.
- Ensuring high-quality communication with all customers and accommodation partners.
