Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service Agent will be:
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing top-quality support and solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (if applicable) and guide customers with clear instructions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver the best service possible.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- a native level of italian (C2) and an advanced level of english
- an advanced technical level
