Because of that, companies are growing and investing in innovation to find out what people truly want and need these days. One of the Global Players in this industry is looking for Customer Service Agents to support their team in Lisbon. With more than 600.000 individual farmers and a lot of well-known brands in their range, you definitely will be part of something really big!

Your responsibilities and impact will be:

You will be working for a well-known and market-leading company in the food sector! In this role, you are responsible to:

– Offering information, and solutions and advise customers regarding the company’s services, over emails and chat

– Contributing to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact

– Achieving the performance targets defined by the project

– Ensuring and participating in the success of the department

– Guaranteeing clients satisfaction and a high level of quality

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

– You have a native level of German and a fluent level of English – this is a must!

– You have a passion for food

– You have a professional attitude and strong customer service skills

– You have excellent listening and communication skills

– You are willing to learn, develop and acquire new skills

– You are dynamic and self-motivated

– You are open-minded, a real team player, and willing to work in an international and multicultural environment

– You have a strong work ethic and are committed to your job, ready to contribute to the success of the company and project

– You must hold EU Citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

What's in it for you?

– Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 7 AM – 7 PM

– A package in line with the market: 993€ gross / month x 14 months + up to 100€ / month performance bonus + meal vouchers of 7.23€ / workday + reimbursement of some transportation cost + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)

– If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of the initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + 3 months of free accommodation provided by the company
