What you’ll be doing at TP Portugal

As a French-speaker Customer Service Representative for Spotify you will:

  • Provide first level support to unmanaged advertisers placing ads via Ad Studio,customer contact via voice, e-mail and chat;
  • Manage all queries, requests and feedback received via chat to ensure a timely resolution and an overall positive client experience;
  • Identify sales opportunities that can either be passed onto our sales;
  • Leverage internal systems to log issues and escalate technical queries to our internal support teams;
  • Identify fraudulent activity and take action to mitigate risk;
  • Assist with general billing queries and process refunds for eligible advertisers.

There will be big smiles if you

  • Fluent level of French and a B2-level in English;
  • Good communication skills and ability to provide world class service to new and returning customers;
  • Strong web-based navigation skills;
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously;
  • Experience with Salesforce case management is a plus.
