Customer Service Representative – Porto, Portugal

(FRENCH SPEAKER)

 

Location: Porto, Portugal

Our client leading global customer experience solutions and technology provider is looking for Customer Support in fluent French language. Benefits:

·      Fixed schedule: Mon-Sun, rotative shifts: 8h - 22h; 2 days off per week; onsite role

·      Salary: 950 € base + 250 € language bonus

·      Meal allowance 7.63 € per working day

·      Full-time Fixed term contract - 6 months

Profile:


·      Fluent, verbal and written in French & English

·      Excellent communication skills; 

·      Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.


Responsibilities:

·      Manage incoming phone calls from French-speaking clientele; 

·      Will answer the users' inquires via chat (until 2 chats simultaneously) and call them to reinforce the solution to their inquires;

·      Will assist with inquiries regarding sales, payments and usage of the product.

·      Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;

·      Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication; 

·      Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools; 

·      Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines;
