About the Role: As part of a renowned travel company, you will be the first point of contact for travelers seeking assistance with bookings, cancellations, or changes. You’ll help guide them through the process with ease and ensure that they have the best experience possible. Your key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating smooth communication between customers and accommodation providers.
- Managing customer bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Offering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Handling emails and phone correspondence with professionalism.

Requirements:
- Native Danish language skills (written and spoken).
- Fluent English language skills.
- Availability to stay for at least 12 months.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Availability for rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00 (Monday to Sunday).
