Your Role: As a customer service representative, you’ll provide support to customers who have questions or need help. You’ll be answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that every customer has an excellent experience. Your duties will include:

  • Managing customer inquiries through phone and email.
  • Ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Keeping customers updated on their requests.
  • Forwarding important matters to the right teams.
  • Providing exceptional customer satisfaction at all times.
