About the Role: As a customer service representative, you’ll assist travelers with booking, modifying, or canceling their trips. Your role includes:
- Communicating with customers and accommodation partners worldwide.
- Assisting with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and swift resolutions.
- Handling phone and email correspondence with professionalism.
