We are looking for a B2B Sales Trainer (English-Speaking) - On-site to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

As a B2B Sales Trainer in our team, you will:
-Create and deliver efficient Sales Trainings for B2B sales teams
-Drive the Curriculum, content preparation and delivery for the new B2B programs
-Identify areas of improvements for the teams, collaborate closely with with B2B operational leads
-Ensure an equal level of training to all participants
-Create knowledge assessments and take actions based on results
-Maintain the relevant admin/reporting documentation, drive the analytical actions to measure knowledge
-Work together with Training manager on implementing local initiatives and programs
-Support in the delivery of other transversal trainings
We’ll be a great match if you:
-Have a native level of Spanish with advanced English
-Come with outstanding interpersonal skills, presentation and communication abilities as well
-Possess experience as a Trainer
-Have strong business acumen and commercial mindset
-Come with a high interest for Sales and B2B environment
-Can handle unique situations confidently, to solve problems effectively by analyzing relevant information
