We are looking for talents with Arabic & English skills who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.

If you have a solid Sales / Business Development mindset, ideally in the IT industry, an understanding of cloud computing concepts, in particular Google Cloud Platform solutions, this is your chance!

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

You will help businesses work better together, move fast and innovate. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm while identifying and qualifying their business needs to propose the proper digital solutions.

You will work towards individual targets, but will also be part of a larger sales team, in a phone-based environment, where you will interact with customers primarily via outbound calls.

What you will do
Project 1: Lead generation, qualification, management
  • Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses
  • Collaborate closely with client to create a territory action plan, including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
  • Set up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads
  • Qualify opportunities and handle objections
  • Research and build new and existing accounts
Project 2: Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound)
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale
  • Explain our client’s products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our client’s products
  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
  • Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
  • Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
  • Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
What you will bring:
  • Excellent command of Arabic and very good English language knowledge
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry
  • Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
  • Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive, confident competitive and tenacious
  • You need to be an EU citizen / EU passport holder, or alternatively you need to have a Greek residence permit (providing access to work) or a corresponding digital blue paper.
