About the Role: As a customer service representative, your job will be to help customers via phone and email, ensuring that they receive the best service possible. You will be the voice of the company, answering questions and offering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer requests and inquiries via phone and email.
  • Responding promptly to ensure swift resolution.
  • Keeping customers informed about the progress of their cases.
  • Escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Focusing on providing excellent customer satisfaction at all times.
