Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as an intermediary between travelers and accommodation providers.
  • Assist with booking changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide professional customer service via email and phone, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure high standards of communication in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken).
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Able to commit for at least 12 months.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Available to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 09:00-20:00).
