Role Responsibilities:
- Act as an intermediary between travelers and accommodation providers.
- Assist with booking changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
- Provide professional customer service via email and phone, resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of communication in all customer interactions.
