Job Description:

As a customer service representative, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them through email, phone calls, and social media. You will work in Danish and provide the best solutions to any inquiries they have. Even though you’re working remotely, you'll be connected with colleagues through communication tools, ensuring you remain a part of the team. You will undergo training to help you hit the ground running, even if you’ve never worked in customer service before.
