Do you also find it frustrating when it’s hard to get a clear answer? So do we! That’s why, as a Customer Service Hero, you are the go-to person for all service, account, and payment-related needs of the customers.

The iGaming industry revolves around online games of chance and betting. This includes a wide range of activities, from online casinos and sports betting to poker platforms, all accessible via the internet. As a Customer Service Hero in this field, your mission is to provide the best possible service to players. Every day, you bring your positive energy to phone calls, chats, and emails to help customers with their questions and concerns within the exciting world of iGaming.

Moreover, sharing your ideas to continuously improve the system and ensure the company stays ahead is extremely important. Providing valuable feedback to team leaders and Country Managers, and keeping the knowledge base updated, is a significant part of your role. No two days are the same in this role, and that’s what makes it so amazing.

What do you get?

• A gross salary of €2166.67 per month + a €200 performance bonus.
• Since you'll be working night shifts, you’ll receive a 20% bonus on top of your regular salary.
• You have the option to work in a hybrid model: partly from home and partly at the office. You'll also receive a one-time bonus to set up your home workspace.
• You can work fully remote for up to 40 days per year from anywhere in the world.
• Your flight will be booked and paid for.
• You can stay for two weeks in a free temporary accommodation, giving you time to find a place of your own.
• Friday afternoon drinks with tasty snacks and beverages.
• Breakfast is provided on Tuesdays, and on Mondays and Wednesdays, you can join a catered lunch.
• A wellness allowance of €250 per year.
• You’ll receive private health insurance.
• Fun quarterly team outings, like paintball, movies, and more.
