Remote: Payment Specialist (Dutch Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as Payment Specialist will be:

• Backoffice is the core of the role.
• Interaction with payment partners to
• ensure the accurate and timely processing
• of payments by creditcard, debit card, bank
• transfer, loan and leasing.
• Processing of customer related queries
• concerning payments, refunds, VAT related
• changes, amending and re-printing invoices,
• raising credit/debit memos and
• reconciliation.
• Liaison and key support role for Sales,
• Sales Support, Finance on daily operational
• issues, problem escalation and resolution.
• Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:Native Dutch speaker with a fluent level of English
• Strong communication skills, team player, customer
• focused and maintain a professional attitude.
• Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in an information sensitive environment.
• As this job is directly related to order volume, flexibility is
• required and will occasionally involve overtime work.
• Highly motivated and organized with the ability to work
• to tight deadlines.
• Experience in SAP and MS Excel is an advantage.

What’s in it for you?

• Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year
• Working hours: full time (40h/week)
• Monday to Sunday, availability to work between 7am - 00:00, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:

• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
• Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month

For international candidates:

• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 months
• Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
• Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
