What Will You Be Doing?

As a Customer Support Representative, your main task is to assist customers with inquiries and challenges they face with a specific product or service. You’ll interact through phone, email, and chat, performing tasks such as:

  • Explaining how products work and helping with troubleshooting.
  • Resolving technical issues and assisting with billing or account management.
  • Offering guidance on how to use the platform or product.

You’ll become part of a diverse and supportive team of Norwegian speakers living in Portugal. Share insights and tips, and enjoy your time abroad with a vibrant team of like-minded colleagues!

What You’ll Get:

  • Salary: 1,500 € gross per month, paid 14 times annually.
  • Bonus: A monthly bonus of 120 € added to your salary.
  • Options: Choose to receive your salary in two payments (June & November) or opt for 1,750 € per month paid over 12 months.
  • Training: 8 weeks of paid training in Lisbon.

What You Need:

  • Native-level Norwegian (both written and spoken).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • A quiet, stable home office and a reliable internet connection.
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills.
  • Legal right to work in Portugal and a tax identification number.
  • Minimum 12-month commitment.
