About the Role:

As a Spanish-speaking Helpdesk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers with technical issues. You'll handle customer inquiries via email and phone, providing quick and efficient solutions. Your goal is to leave customers satisfied, helping them resolve problems with enthusiasm. Although your customer interactions will be in Spanish, you'll be part of an international team where English is the main language of communication, giving you the perfect chance to improve your English skills while contributing to a global company.
