Your role will involve safeguarding individualsā€™ privacy by processing requests from lawyers and individuals in compliance with European laws. Renowned for its market dominance and technological innovations in artificial intelligence, our client specialises in various Internet-related services and products, such as search engines, online advertising technologies, and cloud computing.

More about what you will do:

  • Review and process privacy requests using online tools.
  • Check if each request follows our clientsā€™ policies.
  • Keep yourself updated on policy changes with help from the Training and Quality Departments.
  • Work closely with our clientsā€™ policy specialists to handle cases and regulatory questions.
  • Ensure high-quality work in each case you review.
  • Meet weekly productivity goals as part of your daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects to improve efficiency.
  • Develop skills in data, tools, and quality assessment.
  • Occasionally support different workflows, products, or markets as needed.
  • Primarily support the market and workflow you were hired for, but also assist the French market and other markets using a translation tool when required.

What do you get?

  • A base salary of ā‚¬25,306 gross per year (ā‚¬2,108.83 per month).
  • On top of that, you can earn a bonus of up to ā‚¬540 per quarter (ā‚¬180 per month) and will receive a fixed bonus of ā‚¬4,500 per year (ā‚¬375 per month). Combined with your base salary, this means you can earn up to ā‚¬2,663.83 per month.Ā 
  • You will receive 20 vacation days per year.
  • A paid training of 3 weeks (8 hours per day starting between 08:00 and 09:00.
  • Flexi time is available: you can start anytime between 7:00 and 9:00 and leave after 8 hours of work plus a 1-hour lunch break.
  • An initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months will be provided, with the possibility of extending for an additional 12 months with a subsequent contract.

What is required?

  • Fluent in spoken and written Danish.
  • Ability to speak and write in English reasonably well.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Available for a minimum of 12 months.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • You have EU citizenship or the right to live and work in Ireland.
