About the job

Ready to explore the world of Customer Service with Insulet? As the first point of contact for customers using an ‘insulin pod’, you will contribute to a better quality of life for diabetes patients.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Be on standby to answer questions over the phone.
  • Give customers support in using products and resolve problems in a friendly manner.
  • Arrange orders and shipment of products.
  • Ensure that all patient documents are properly stored.

Insulet, the solution for people with diabetes

Ever heard of Insulet? Well, they’re the diabetes superheroes! It all started with a dad who wasn’t happy with his son’s insulin options. So, he doodled up a revolutionary pod design on a napkin. Fast-forward, and now their tubeless, portable, Omnipod is selling in 24 countries, helping over 100,000 people.

The Omnipod is a tiny, portable pod delivering insulin non-stop for three days straight. And get this – you can control it with your smartphone. How cool is that? Say goodbye to those old-school injections and hello to living life to the fullest!
