What We Require:
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken).
- Good English skills (written and spoken).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone or email.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt.
- A passion for iGaming and a thirst for learning.
- Empathy for others and a commitment to providing stellar service.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- EU citizenship and a minimum commitment of 12 months.
