Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be helping Slovak-speaking customers with technical issues and general inquiries. Your customer service skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot problems, offer solutions, and ensure that all customers feel valued and supported. You’ll also interact with a diverse team in English, allowing you to improve your language skills!
