What’s Involved in the Role?

As a Content Moderator, you’ll play a key role in reviewing user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with the platform’s guidelines, and helping improve the overall user experience. Daily duties will include:

  • Moderating Italian content: Reviewing posts, images, and videos to ensure everything stays on-brand and appropriate.
  • Managing flagged content: Taking action on content that violates the guidelines and escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaboration: Communicating with international teams in English to solve problems and improve workflows.
  • Providing insights: Giving feedback to improve content strategies and engagement.
