As a customer service consultant in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
Requirements
The role of a German Customer Support Consultant requires:
- C2 in German & B2 in English (Written & verbal)
- Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Relocation to Greece
- EU Passport
