What will you do?

As a Polish-speaking customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to be a crucial link between the company and its customers. Thanks to paid training and coaching, you will grow into an expert at answering incoming calls, emails and chats, while effortlessly solving problems with a friendly and helpful attitude.


You can work on different projects, or companies/brands. Depending on the project, you will help customers with questions about orders, account details, payments and much more.


In a phone conversation with us, we will of course be happy to tell you more about which projects are currently available and their corresponding start dates!


In short, as part of the great team in Athens, you will play an important role in providing excellent service and put a smile on customers’ faces.

What is required?


  • Fluent in Polish.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good computer skills.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a valid passport or EU identity card.


Interview Process


  1. Apply: Click on the red application button to apply and fill in the form. Don't forget to include your CV.
  2. Expect a phone call from us: This will happen faster than you think, so pay close attention to your phone! We will then give you more information about the vacancy and, of course, we want to get to know you better.
  3. Sending over your CV: After the telephone interview, we would like to receive your CV (if we don't already have it) and will work with you to determine whether you are a suitable candidate for the vacancy. If so, we will forward your details to our client in Greece.
  4. Take an online test: A test will be forwarded to you so they can test your English and computer skills.
  5. Video interview with the client's recruiter: Next, a video interview will be scheduled with the client's recruiter. This interview will last approximately 45 minutes.
  6. Receive the results of the interview and test: After all steps have been completed, we will contact you to tell you (fingers crossed!) the good news that you have been hired!
  7. Pack your things and get on the plane!: Have a farewell party, pack your bags and board the plane to start your adventure in Athens!
