About the Role

As a customer service representative in Crete, your day-to-day will consist of assisting customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each customer is satisfied. It’s a perfect role for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and working in an international environment.
