Your role includes:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers, resolving booking inquiries and making sure each customer feels heard and valued.
• Assisting with bookings, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
• Providing fast, friendly, and effective support over phone and email channels, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
• Coordinating with accommodation partners to ensure smooth and satisfying travel experiences.

What’s required:

• Native Norwegian language skills (both spoken and written)
• Fluent in English
• A commitment to stay in Spain for at least 12 months
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Availability for rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:00, Monday through Sunday
