About the Role:

As a customer service agent, you'll be assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries, from technical issues to general questions, primarily through phone and email. You’ll use your skills and passion for customer service to provide solutions and keep a detailed record of your interactions. While you’ll communicate with customers in Norwegian, you’ll work alongside colleagues from all over the world, speaking English on a daily basis.
