Your New Role:
As a customer service agent, you will handle customer queries via phone and email, troubleshooting and solving technical problems with ease. You will communicate with customers in Norwegian and interact with a multicultural team in English. Your job will involve tracking and following up on customer issues to ensure they are resolved efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
- Native Norwegian (written and spoken).
- Strong English skills (written and spoken).
- Minimum 12 months availability.
- Good technical skills and comfort with computers.
- Flexible availability for various shifts.
- At least 18 years old.
- Norwegian, Swiss, or EU passport/ID card.
