Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide assistance via phone, email, and chat to answer customer questions and resolve issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Explaining how a product or service works.
- Solving technical issues or handling customer complaints.
- Helping customers with account management, billing, and payments.
- Guiding customers through usage instructions.
You'll also join a supportive community of fellow Norwegian-speaking colleagues based in Portugal. Work, share stories, and explore new places with like-minded individuals!

We Need You To Have:
- Fluent Norwegian (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- A reliable workspace, fast internet, and a quiet environment to work from home.
- Basic technical skills.
- A tax number in Portugal and legal permission to work in the country.
- The ability to stay with us for a minimum of 12 months.
