Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide assistance via phone, email, and chat to answer customer questions and resolve issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Helping customers with account management, billing, and payments.
• Guiding customers through usage instructions.

We Need You To Have:

• Fluent Norwegian (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• A reliable workspace, fast internet, and a quiet environment to work from home.
• Basic technical skills.
• A tax number in Portugal and legal permission to work in the country.
• The ability to stay with us for a minimum of 12 months.
