We are looking for German-speaking Account Manager (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits:
- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 17:30, Friday 09:00 to 16:30
- Salary 19 000 euros gross/year + up to 4 000 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll experience with us
As an Account Manager in our team, you will:
- Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)
- Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained
- Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)
- Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client
- Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels
- Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required
- Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provided
We'll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in German and English
- Have great organization and communication skills
- Have a positive work attitude
- Experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Sales background
It would be a plus if you have:
- Hospitality background
- Experience in using CRMs
